What you'll do: Reporting to our Credit Control Team Leader, you'll join us as a Credit Controller playing a key role in supporting our customers by gaining a full understanding of their debt and ledger activity. If you're already a Credit Controller, you'll have the opportunity to build on your expertise, manage more complex portfolios and influence customer outcomes. If you're new to the field, we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Telford, working on a hybrid basis. During onboarding, you'll spend more time in the office to help you settle in and set you up for success.
You'll also manage credit control activities, including outstanding debts.
