At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home‑charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
We're looking for four driven graduates who bring ambition, commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to succeeding in financial sales. In return, you'll gain the experience, skills and support needed to grow into a future leader. This is a hybrid role requiring 50% office attendance and travel across both our Newbury and Trowbridge offices. A Full UK driving licence is required.
What you'll do. Across the two-year programme, you'll gain hands‑on experience through structured rotations within both sales and sales‑support functions at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.
- Real‑life business exposure – Rotate across 12 key sales and sales‑support areas, gaining real exposure to how a leading B2B sales function operates
- Skills that set you apart – Develop through focused learning modules, building the technical knowledge, behaviours and commercial mindset needed to succeed
