What you\\\’ll do.

As our Portfolio Finance Manager, you\\\’ll report to the Commercial Finance Manager and become a trusted voice in shaping profitability across our fleet. Your ideas will help us unlock opportunities, streamline costs, and strengthen performance — and you\\\’ll be empowered to make a real impact every single day.

You\\\’ll work closely with our specialist, corporate, and SME channels, and you\\\’ll lead a brilliant team of three, providing the coaching, support, and inspiration they need to flourish.

You\\\’ll also:

• Create and deliver initiatives that enhance portfolio profitability
• Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Commercial Finance
• Guide your team in designing and maintaining robust, compliant frameworks that reduce risk
• Guide and oversee the financial models used by the team, ensuring they\\\’re up to date and consistently applied across all pricing decisions

What you\\\’ll bring.

You\\\’re a qualified finance professional (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with a solid grounding in commercial finance — but more importantly, you bring curiosity, confidence, and heart to what you do. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with others, and take pride in delivering work that makes a real difference.
