From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping our customers get on the road. Working closely with our Purchasing Team Leader and wider team, you'll manage the end-to-end vehicle ordering process - from initial order through to delivery. You'll be working with corporate customers across company car and salary sacrifice schemes, primarily focusing on passenger vehicles (with the occasional small van). The role is varied, collaborative, and rotated across the team - so you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.

This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week), covering Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a hybrid working pattern (50% office-based in Newbury, 50% working from home).

You’ll also:

  • Manage vehicle orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Coordinate deliveries between customers and suppliers
  • Monitor and manage team inboxes efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
