What you'll do

In this role, you'll own demand generation, content strategy and digital performance, helping to support our growth ambitions and reach new audiences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll help shape how we connect with customers and optimise our digital presence. This is a hybrid role, requiring 50% attendance at our Newbury office.

  • Build and manage the strategy for paid media, owned channels and partnerships to support lead generation
  • Monitor performance across campaigns, including cost per lead, engagement and conversion
  • Oversee our content strategy, working with customer case studies, testimonials and award submissions to show what we achieve together
  • Look after our website performance and conversion journeys, making sure our shop window is optimised and welcoming
