What you'll do. Reporting into the Data and Configuration Team Leader, you'll contribute by inputting and maintaining customer & supplier data, vehicle data and products & services within our core systems to enable and ensure accuracy of all relevant processes and transactions for suppliers, customers and related asset records throughout their system life cycle. This role focuses on delivery of our service provision by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data management activities. This role is based in Newbury with 50% office attendance required.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the business, including Supplier Management, Account Managers, and other key teams, to support the smooth delivery of our services.
- Take ownership of broker account setup and ongoing administration, keep product and service documentation up to date, and manage joiner, mover, and leaver access to ensure secure and efficient system access.
- Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of business data by overseeing synchronisation across multiple applications, including preparing, validating, importing, correcting, and distributing data to internal systems, reporting platforms, and third-party partners.
- Ensure standard processes are followed, escalating and agreeing any exceptions where required, in line with KPIs and SLAs.
