What you'll do:

  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our vehicle leasing customers, providing a professional and positive experience across phone and email channels.
  • You'll support customers with a wide range of queries, using your problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach to deliver effective solutions.
  • You'll benefit from comprehensive training and access to industry-leading development programmes, giving you the knowledge to succeed.
  • Your first month will be based in our Newbury office, where you'll take part in a structured onboarding programme designed to build your expertise, develop key skills, and introduce you to Novuna's culture and ways of working.
  • Following this initial training period, you'll move to a hybrid working model, spending 50% of your time in the office and the remainder working remotely.

  • Take ownership of customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and striving to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing clear communication, guidance, and support throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with specialist teams to ensure complex queries are handled effectively and customers receive the best possible outcome.
