What you'll do
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, as our Commercial Finance Business Partner you'll play a key role in shaping the profitability of our fleet portfolio. Your insight will help us uncover opportunities, elevate performance, and guide important commercial decisions. You’ll also lead a wonderful team of three, supporting them through coaching, collaboration, and encouragement — helping them grow both personally and professionally.
- Develop and deliver initiatives that enhance portfolio profitability
- Build strong, positive relationships across Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Commercial Finance
- Support your team in creating robust, compliant frameworks that minimise risk
- Guide and oversee financial models to ensure accuracy and alignment in all pricing decisions
