Please be aware that this role is hybrid, with 3 days each week spent in the office at either our Newbury or Trowbridge location.

What you'll do:

  • You'll join our Change team within Novuna Vehicle Solutions.
  • Reporting into our Business Readiness Manager, you'll manage business change effectively by ensuring it is considered from the perspective of those it will impact.
  • You'll play a key role in identifying and managing business impacts and critical readiness factors in the run up to go live and supporting the business post implementation.
  • Working collaboratively with delivery teams and business colleagues to put the right strategies in place for change to be successful and land well.

You'll Also Be:

  • Ensuring that business changes and initiatives are implemented with the business culture, people and customers at the forefront of delivery.
  • Managing communication with key stakeholders, engaging business functions to prepare for business changes, including the relationships between project teams and the business.
  • Working with Project Managers to ensure plans and approaches for business readiness are documented and maintained and where appropriate lead business readiness activities.
  • Supporting the business in user acceptance testing and ensuring there are appropriate go live and post live support mechanisms in place to facilitate expedited resolution of issues and effectively embed the change.
