What you'll do. 12 Month Fixed Term contract working closely with the Reporting and MI Manager, you'll use Business Intelligence to forecast operational performance and plan resource allocation effectively. You'll play a key role in ensuring Service SLAs are met and exceeded, while balancing resource efficiency, cost control, and regulatory requirements to support Novuna's commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll also:

  • Use EWFM or a similar workforce planning tool, alongside other systems, to produce accurate workload forecasts and resource plans
  • Create and manage shift patterns for Customer Service teams to ensure optimal coverage
  • Support a strong governance framework by following best practice processes and maintaining a compliant, well‑controlled working environment
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business

What you'll bring. We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Resource Planner, who has a strong analytical mindset and takes a data-driven approach to workforce management. You'll have hands‑on experience using tools such as EWFM (or similar) to forecast workloads, plan resource requirements, and optimise schedules to meet service demand. You'll be confident interpreting performance data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost control. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are key, as you'll work closely with operational teams to adapt plans, respond to changing demands, and consistently deliver against SLA targets while supporting regulatory requirements.
