What you'll do:
- Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and convert retailers across some of the UK's most important consumer sectors.
- As our B2B Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering targeted marketing campaigns that generate new demand, support sales growth and enhance our market presence.
- You'll use customer, campaign and market insight to identify opportunities, create compelling marketing activity and optimise the customer journey from initial interest through to meaningful sales conversations.
- You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Commercial and Marketing, giving you a real opportunity to influence our strategy, challenge thinking and make a tangible impact on business performance.
- Work closely with Sales to understand priority prospects, identify content gaps and create materials that help convert opportunities.
- Improve our website, email journeys and various conversion pathways.
- Create persuasive proof points, including case studies, testimonials and industry research.
- Effectively manage suppliers, timelines and multiple concurrent projects.
What you'll bring:
- You'll have a strong marketing background with exposure to managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels.
- Creative, commercially minded and data-driven, you'll know how to help generate awareness, create demand and support ongoing sales growth.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, which allow you to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Good knowledge of B2B demand generation, lead generation or partner marketing.
- The skills to turn complex products and propositions into clear, relevant communications.
- The ability to understand and adapt our approach to new customers, competitors, emerging technology and changing market behaviours.
- Working knowledge of CRM, analytics, SEO, CRO, email marketing, social media channels (particularly LinkedIn) and emerging AI-led opportunities.
- A data-driven mindset, able to interpret insights and use them to improve channel performance, content effectiveness and customer journeys.
Knowledge of financial services or retail finance would be helpful, but certainly isn't essential. More important is your ability to understand complex markets, ask thoughtful commercial questions and turn ideas into action.
