What does the role involve?
We\’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our growing team, reporting to the Customer & Business Support Manager.
Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
- Manage all in-life customer service activities, including early terminations, refunds, credit balances, reschedules, and unwinds.
- Handling customer and supplier queries with professionalism — via telephone and written correspondence.
- Providing in-life support for all Mitsubishi HC Capital products, including invoicing and maintenance payments for vendor partners.
- Assisting the team with managing and resolving customer complaints.
What are we looking for?
- Entry level graduate who is looking to start in a leading multinational Financial Services Asset Finance Company
- Motivated with sharp attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Quick learner who follows processes efficiently and takes initiative when needed
- Confident and proactive, ready to tackle professional challenges
- Fluency in a European language other than English is highly desirable (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish or Polish preferred)
