Who we are. From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do. You'll join our compliance team, working together to keep our customers' fleets moving. This role is vital in ensuring every vehicle is safe and legally compliant, from scheduling safety checks to arranging timely repairs - you'll make sure vehicles are back on the road as quickly as possible. Working closely with both customers and suppliers you will help maintain the high standards that our reputation is built on. This is a hybrid role, with 50% office attendance at Trowbridge. You'll work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week — no evenings or weekends required.

  • Communicate with customers, drivers, and suppliers via phone and email to schedule repairs and compliance checks
  • Create and manage compliance schedules to ensure all checks are completed on time and cost-effectively
  • Process and record all relevant documentation and certificates
  • Keep our systems fully updated to reflect the correct status of each vehicle and customer
