What does the role involve?
As a member of our Commercial Finance Department, you\’ll lead the Specialist Assets Pricing Team, ensuring that pricing for both new and existing customer propositions is fair, while also aligning with the commercial objectives of Novuna Vehicle Solutions. Our Specialist Assets are vehicles ranging from converted LCV\’s to large HGV\’s, where the funding, residual value and maintenance costs are just some of the areas factored into the pricing model.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Supporting with the creation and review/approval of pricing new business proposals, tenders and contract renewals created by yourself / your team
- Building excellent relationships with stakeholders, in particular our Specialist Assets Sales Team, to ensure a positive influence is maximised on the sales process
- Working closely with our Commercial Finance Manager to enable change in our processes and ways of working that improve service delivery
- Through effective management and leadership, unlock potential and maximise the value add of your team
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role you\’ll be a qualified finance professional (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), ideally an \’all-rounder\’ with experience across commercial finance, FP&A and reporting. You\’ll be able to demonstrate where you\’ve driven positive change and how you engaged your team to deliver this.
Also, we\’re looking for the following:
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders – experience of working with sales teams would be beneficial
- Excellent commercial acumen and motivated to pursue innovative ways to price our propositions for the benefit of our customers and Novuna
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring deadlines at adhered to
- Knowledge of the vehicle leasing industry would be highly advantageous
