Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective law firm clients. This is a critical, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys consultative conversations, and wants to break into legal tech sales. You will partner closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies, run targeted lead generation campaigns, and ensure a healthy flow of qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to engage potential law firm clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on firm size, pain points, and needs.
- Execute structured outreach sequences and track progress in the CRM.
- Work closely with Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings and create high-quality sales opportunities.
- Research target firms, decision-makers, and industry trends to personalise outreach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and pipeline stages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Represent company with professionalism and a deep understanding of our value proposition.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach messaging, cadences, and lead-generation strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years in a sales-focused role (SDR, BDR, inside sales) — SaaS or legal-tech preferred, but not required.

- Ability to understand complex products and explain them clearly.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
