The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join its UK sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative, commercially driven sales professional to help expand market share across the UK legal sector.

You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities with law firms. You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within UK and EMEA law firms.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Partners, COOs, Heads of Innovation, IT Directors, CIOs.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to generate demand and maximise account growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Stay informed on legal technology trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Ideal Background

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS in legal technology sales.
  • Experience selling into law firms highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding quota targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management discipline.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
