  • Deliver onboarding, training, and adoption programs tailored to different legal teams and practice areas.
  • Partner with Customer Success to integrate new workflows into everyday legal practice and encourage long-term adoption.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to increase usage and maximise value.
  • Demonstrate measurable outcomes such as improved efficiency, consistency, quality, and reduced risk.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify product enhancement opportunities, and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and share best practices and reusable workflow solutions across customers and internal teams.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong legal experience with an interest in technology and innovation.

You'll ideally have

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately three or more years of post-qualification experience in a leading law firm or large in-house legal team.
  • Experience working with complex legal workflows across transactional, contentious, or advisory matters.
  • Excellent consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior legal professionals.
  • A genuine passion for legal technology, AI, and transforming legal service delivery.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.

Successful Legal Engineers become trusted advisors to their customers by helping them redesign legal workflows using AI and technology.

They drive meaningful adoption, deliver measurable business improvements, build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, and provide valuable customer insights that influence future product development.
