A bit about what you will do... Senior Chef de Parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours. Running a busy section in the kitchen. Ability to cook delicious dishes to a very high standard. Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained. Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
More about you... Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. Adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as needs indicate. Strong attention to detail.
