As the next Reception Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach.
  • Help guests and create positive experiences.
  • Be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.
  • Work duty manager shifts.

Please note this is a full-time position requiring days, evenings and weekends; full flexibility is key.

£15.80 per hour.

Eligibility: The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.

Our hotel offers 182 rooms, a gym, saunarium and our lovely Restaurant, MAM London.
