Job Description
Our mission at Novotel London Blackfriars is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell.
As the next Reception Team Leader, you will:
- Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
- Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands‑on approach.
- Help guests and create positive experiences.
- Be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
- Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.
- Work duty manager shifts.
Please note this is a full‑time position requiring days, evenings and weekends; full flexibility is key.
Additional Information
£15.80 per hour.
Eligibility: The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
