You must have a proven track record within a similar environment and be used to a busy hotel environment ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, standards and service at all times throughout.

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who can shine within a dynamic Management Team. Managing a team of Supervisors, Receptionists and Night Auditor/Porters, this is not a first time role. A leader who can inspire and train the team to Novotel standards and exceed guest expectations. You will be required to work flexible shifts with some weekend cover on a 40 hour contract.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Qualifications: Hospitality experience essential.

You must be eligible and be able to prove your eligibility to work within the UK.
