Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide warm and efficient service to guests during check‑in and check‑out, handle calls, manage guest accounts, and promote hotel services to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a smooth and efficient check‑in and check‑out experience while ensuring guest accounts are kept accurate and up to date.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously, always aiming to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Follow all security and confidentiality procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of guests at all times.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information regarding guest bookings, payments, and billing during arrival and departure.
- Respond positively and efficiently to guest and colleague enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department when needed.
- Promote hotel services and room options in a friendly and confident manner to help maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
