Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
Supervise and delegate duties to team members effectively
Ensure brand standards are maintained across all food and beverage outlets
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards
Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times
Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal promotions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluations
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
Support the organisation of special events and functions
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets
