What you will be doing:
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties to team members effectively
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all food and beverage outlets
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Monitor and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak times
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage items
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist in implementing new menu items and seasonal promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluations
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Support the organisation of special events and functions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets
