Our objective is simple: make you grow and give you the spark to unleash your personality. This is a full time position, 39 hours per week.

As our next Food and Beverage Team Member, you will:

  • Deliver consistent and memorable service to all our guests.
  • Connect and work together with your team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
  • Be a sparkling, upbeat personality able to quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy learning and are available to work on morning and evening shifts.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests. Our hotel offers 206 rooms, and a leisure centre, which includes gym, swimming pool, sauna and steaming room. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
