As our next waiter or waitress, you will provide an amazing and heart warming welcome to our guests, connecting with them, and ensuring their stay with us exceeds their expectations. You will make friends, develop a reputation for outstanding service, and learn new skills that will support you in your personal and professional development. You will be an all rounder, delivering bar service alongside that warm hello which says to guests 'I belong.' Our hotel is adjacent to our sister hotel Ibis Portland Street, which means from time to time, you will also be able to take part in the excitement of a change in pace and a new working dynamic.
You'll be a team player, embracing challenges, with a limitless mindset that reminds all of our guests that we are Accor.
You will be the face of Novotel Manchester Centre and will also support our operations in our adjoining and sister hotel Ibis 96 Portland Street. You will be extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay. This might mean, ordering that special dish from the kitchen, or ensuring that drink they want from the bar has that extra special twist. Or even, that their room has that specialanniversarysparkle that will make their stay truly special. You will bea passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

By joining us as a member of the F&B team, you will become part of a friendly team of 60 talents. Our hotel offers 169 rooms, anda 4 star service. We provide complimentary meals for our staff, as well as an almost limitless supply of coffee and fun. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent inEnglish and have competent numeracy and I.T skills.
Understanding things from our guests perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a vital part of our hospitality organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through high-quality food and beverage service.
- Provide a warm and personalised welcome to all guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Maintain high standards of service, contributing to the attainment of the department's qualitative and quantitative targets
