Novotel London West is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.
We are looking for a Senior Duty Manager (Maternity Cover) who can inspire teams, elevate the guest experience, and ensure operational excellence across the board.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead by example and act as the go-to presence on the floor.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a secure, welcoming, and efficient environment for guests and teams alike.
- Liaise across departments to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Drive commercial awareness, maximise revenue opportunities and uphold brand standards.
- Mentor and support Duty Managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in a 4-5 star environment.
- Confident leader with strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Commercially astute and customer-focused, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
