The MICE Sales Executive is responsible for fielding and responding to event enquiries, converting them into bookings and then planning the event in conjunction with all relevant Hotel Departments.

- Present a professional, friendly, and efficientimage of the hotel at all times.
- Prioritise all tasks related to guest comfort, satisfaction, and hotelimpression.
- Build positive relationships with guests,visitors, and colleagues across departments.
- Be fully knowledgeable about all hotel facilitiesand services.
- Handle enquiries, check availability, providequotes, convert bookings, and update the hotel diary system.
- Respond to all enquiries promptly and through thecorrect channels.
- Coordinate with departments like Accounts, Sales,and F&B to meet requirements and maximize revenue.
- Work with Revenue, Sales, and Accounts to agreeon contracts and payment plans.
- Ensure accurate client invoicing and attendclient meetings, site visits, or tastings as needed.
- Prepare weekly Function Sheets, assist at theWelcome Desk, handle admin tasks, and support smaller event planning.
