Hotel Overview

Novotel London West is the perfect base for Business and leisure. With 630 spacious ensuite rooms plus a selection of restaurants and bars showcasing fresh international flavours.

Our hotel has state of the art gym facilities and 40 flexible conference and meeting rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a strategic sales plan with a focus on room hire, food & beverage and associated bedroom targets; ensuring there is a "sales culture" amongst the team by planting monthly targets.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of local Corporate Companies and hunting for new business.
  • Passion for building relationships with extranet providers and animating relationships to maximise productivity.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager achieved within a European market, with a good understanding of hotel business mix needs of transient and MICE business.

MICE experience is preferable.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • A clean driving license.
  • Experience of Delphi essential and knowledge of reservation systems (Opera/On Q) desirable.
