Hotel Reception Supervisor

Novotel London WestHotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.

We are excited to be looking for aHotel Reception Supervisorto join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do!

Responsibilities include:

• Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
• Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach.
• Help guests and create positive experiences.
• Be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizingall guests including those who require special attention.
• Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments.

Qualifications & Previous Experience

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solvingabilities and the ability to lead by example.
• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera Cloud.
• Able of initiating contacts and establishes rapport easily.
• Capable of organizing time and work efficiently.
• Must be legally eligible to work in UK.
