Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.

We are excited to be looking for a Hotel Night Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of a team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic and passionate about what they do!

Responsibilities:
  • Will be the face of Novotel London West, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Night Receptionist would be beneficial.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Able to work at night.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
