Job Description
- Run and manage your own section, ensuring mise en place for service.
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to the hotels recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety.
- Work flexible straight shifts to cover the business, mid‑week and weekends. Breakfast shifts may be required to cover holidays. Hours approximately 30 hours per week.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback.
Qualifications
Level 2 Food Safety required.
Previous hotel experience is preferred, however suitable for promotion.
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a small team and/or alone.
