What you will be doing:
- Maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.
- Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with the hotel’s quality requirements.
- Ensure basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out, working alongside the Maintenance Manager.
- Perform preventive maintenance, regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
- Manage and supervise team members in their day‑to‑day tasks, providing instructions and support when needed.
- Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
Qualifications:
- Relevant building maintenance experience (asset).
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
