Due to the hotel's increase in business, we are now looking for someone to join our Night Team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, managing front desk duties, performing financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest services.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and hotel public spaces.
- Prepare reports for management detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Handle phone calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for callers.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required during the night shift.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any guest concerns or maintenance issues.
- Stay up‑to‑date with hotel policies, promotions, and local area information to assist guests effectively.
32 to 40 hours on a zero‑hour contract. Always hours available. Must be fully flexible. Must live in the UK.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous hotel experience is helpful but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
