As our next Reservations Team Member, you will:

  • Deal with guest enquiries, questions and requirements for reservations of hotel rooms in a helpful and speedy manner.
  • Support the sales department, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay with us and hotel room sales have reached the required level.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day duties of accepting and entering individual/group reservations.
  • Assist in Front Office as required, especially with guest check-in and check-out during peak periods of activity.

You are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

To help you navigate your role and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. By joining us as a Reservations Team Member, you will become part of a friendly team of 55 talents. Our hotel offers 206 rooms, 8 conference rooms and a leisure centre, with gym, sauna, steam room and pool. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
