As our next Reception Manager, you...
- Are a sparkling, upbeat personality capable of quickly building rapport in a fast-paced environment.
- Will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the front office, including rotas, team recruitment, and purchases.
- Work with the Front Office Manager to address guest complaints and find solutions.
- Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
