Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to enhance our night operations at the hotel. In this part-time role, you\βll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering friendly and professional service to our valued guests.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
- Providing outstanding customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk.
- Ensuring effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift.
- Spend some time cleaning our meeting rooms.
- Security checks
- Serve drinks from the bar
Qualifications
During the night shift, you could be working independently, so prior experience in hotel front desk operations is essential. Weβre also looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Strong computer proficiency; experience with Opera V5 or Opera Cloud is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
