Job Description
Maintenance Team Leader
You perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

What You Will Be Doing
- Ideally have a good understanding of building maintenance.
- Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotel’s quality requirements.
- Alongside the Maintenance Manager you ensure all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.
- Are responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
- Manage and supervise team members in their day to day tasks, providing instructions and support, if needed.
- Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements
