As our Maintenance Manager, you enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team. You will manage a team of two and will work in close collaboration with the rooms and F&B departments, in order to ensure the highest quality of stay for our guests. You will be responsible for everything that is preventive maintenance, health & safety and fire safety. You will also manage your monthly spent in terms of energy and consumables as per the hotel’s budgets and forecasts, as well as larger technical Capex projects and Hotel Capex projects from a maintenance point of view.
We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humor. As a key member of the hotel’s management team, you will participate in management meetings and DM shifts.
