We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at Novotel London Blackfriars!
Salary: £14.80 per hour
Shifts: You will be required to work morning and evening shifts including weekends, and may be required to work night shifts to cover holidays.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
- Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
- Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
- Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
- Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
- Handle guest messages and room moves as needed
Qualifications:
- A welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills
- A knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants and local attractions
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
