As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
- Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
- Ensure the Food and Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
- Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
- Be involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
- Work duty manager shifts as and when required.
This is a full-time position, 39 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest's perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
