Maintenance Team Member – Full Time (£12.73 per hour)

Role Overview
As our next Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance work and carry out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of building maintenance and will work alongside the Maintenance Manager to ensure basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.

The hotel has 141 rooms and a restaurant with a bar. For new hires, a one‑night stay is arranged to experience the guest perspective.
