As our next Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide guidance and support to the Food & Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Food & Beverage outlet(s) run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service.
  • Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
  • Be involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end-of-month reporting.
  • Work duty manager shifts as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise the daily operations of the Food & Beverage team.
  • Ensure 5-star service quality across all F&B areas including our Restaurant, Conference and Events, In-Room Dining, and Bar.
  • Lead by example, motivate, and coordinate the Food & Beverage team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Communicate feedback and key information to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Conduct team training to align with premium brand and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to support with menu implementation and delivery.
  • Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operation requirements.
