Job Description
- Serve as the face of Novotel Edinburgh Centre, welcoming guests during the night and ensuring their wellbeing.
- Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
- Operate autonomously and continuously improve the quality of the hotel’s services.
- Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure safety and care for all guests.
- Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
- Ensure all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
- Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
- Document all internal and guest messages accurately.
- Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attend to other duties as requested by management and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong customer service skills.
