Novotel Nottingham Derby is a 4-star hotel located in Long Eaton, between Nottingham and Derby, just off junction 25 of the M1. We are seeking a Front of House Multi-Skilled Team Member who is enthusiastic to meet guest needs, reliable and outgoing to ensure tasks are completed and guests have a memorable experience.   • Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met.
  • Upselling items when serving.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section.

  • Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timings of food delivery are running smoothly.
  • Helping other team members in different departments when needed.
