We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and commercial performance. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Front Office operation, including Reception, Night Team, Guest Relations, and Duty Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of Reception and Front Office departments.
- Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and positive online reviews.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, payroll, and departmental budgets.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including guest satisfaction scores and upselling results.
- Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards, health & safety, and operational procedures.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Act as Duty Manager as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager within a branded hotel.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience using hotel PMS systems (Opera Cloud experience is an advantage).
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive revenue through upselling.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
- The right to work in the relevant country.
