- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant/bar experience an advantage but not essential.
- Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
- Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts.
- Culinary experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
