Job Description

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service, adherence to standards, and the achievement of financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Work across all Food & Beverage outlets including restaurant, bar and conference & events.
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent, professional guest service at all times.
  • Collaborate with all departments to maintain service times.
  • Implement and maintain standards for food hygiene, brand, stock control and OHS.
  • Manage employees: rostering, training and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, remembering names and preferences for personalised service.
  • Tactfully handle guests’ complaints and comments.
  • Monitor equipment and stock levels to avoid shortages.
  • Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift.
  • Carry out Duty Manager shifts.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team to achieve efficient, high‑quality service.
  • Outstanding time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across departments, guests and staff.
