We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Finance Director to join our leadership team at Novotel London Tower Bridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and full compliance with company standards.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the GM and Leadership Team, while coaching Heads of Department to drive financial awareness and accountability across the hotel.
- Drive financial performance through effective cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow processes to ensure healthy financial operations.
- Oversee procurement and supplier relationships, ensuring value for money and alignment with company policies.
- Manage daily income audit, bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Lead month-end processes, delivering timely and insightful management accounts, including P&L and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with HR and external partners to ensure accurate payroll and financial data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, internal controls, and risk management processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (ideally within hospitality, F&B, or similar environment).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and P&L management.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams.
