Job Description
- Lead, inspire and manage the operations F&B team of 20+ talents, fostering a collaborative and customer‑focused environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute conferences and events.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, and optimize operations.
- Leverage social media to promote F&B offerings and engage with guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local culinary preferences to keep our offerings fresh and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring high‑performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and costs, including payroll and expenses.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
